Getting everyone to do the same Personality Quiz can be really useful for helping a team get to know one another better, and understanding different ways that people approach problem solving and conflict resolution.
How to do it
Get everyone to complete the 16 Personalities Quiz before your meeting (it takes about ten minutes), and to bring the results with them to the meeting. Get everyone to take turns to tell others what personality type they are, and one thing they agree or disagree with in their results.
